In response, radiologists at Massachusetts General Hospital developed a web-based tool that translates imaging exam instructions, such as “hold your breath,” into Spanish, Mandarin, and other languages at the push of a button.

The open-access tool helps providers deliver more equitable care while also standardizing exam times and improving the patient experience.
